These terms apply to text message (SMS) communications you may receive from Fairfax Title, LLC (“Fairfax Title,” “we,” “us”) in connection with courier delivery of closing documents.

Program Description

If you request courier delivery of documents from Fairfax Title and provide a mobile phone number, we will send transactional SMS messages to that number for the sole purpose of coordinating the delivery. Messages may include pickup confirmations, estimated arrival times, delivery confirmations, and related delivery status updates.

Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number to Fairfax Title in connection with a courier delivery request, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Fairfax Title regarding that delivery.

No Marketing Messages

Fairfax Title does not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your delivery activity.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out

You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further text messages from this program. Opting out does not cancel the underlying courier delivery; we will continue to communicate delivery status by email when needed.
