Ashley Cook brings nearly two decades of legal and real estate expertise to her role as
Co-Founder and President of Fairfax Title. A lifelong Park Cities resident, Ashley is
deeply rooted in the Dallas community and has built her career at the intersection of real
estate, law, and innovation. Ashley graduated from Highland Park High School and
earned her Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University in 2000 and went on to
receive her Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2006.
As a Texas attorney, Ashley is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the
United States, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Northern Districts of
Texas. She has served as corporate counsel to numerous companies including Fidelity
National Title Southwest Agency and the Ebby Halliday Companies.
She remains deeply engaged in professional and civic leadership, serving on numerous
boards and associations, including the SMU Easterwood Scholarship Board, University
Park Firefighter Pension Board, SMU Dedman School of Law Board of Emerging
Leaders, The Texas Land Title Association PAC Board, the Highland Park Girls Soccer
Board, the Ebby Halliday Foundation and is currently a Mentor for the D CEO Emerging
Women Leadership Network and a Community Fellow for the SMU Dedman School of
Law.
With a strong record of leadership in both the real estate and legal industries, Ashley is
dedicated to delivering exceptional service, modern solutions, and trusted guidance to
Fairfax Title clients across Texas.
